This catalog of Amazonas BioTech Non Surgical Reshape Treatments is marketed in association with regional associates and representatives. Depending on your country of residence you may be billed by CFC, MOAI, Peakmont Dynamics, Group East Gate, KGM or Plenacom

Payments accepted are: Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Pre-Paid Credit Line and in some countries credit and debit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover) as well as PayPal Verified accounts.

All payments are processed by regional associates and representatives. Depending on your country of residence you may be billed by CFC, MOAI, Peakmont Dynamics, Group East Gate, KGM or Plenacom and that is the name which will appear in your statement. All international payments through Western Union or Moneygram are handled by the Management Administration and Specialized Services Bureau of Eynn, Metyk and Assoc.

False payment information, unauthorized use of a card, charge-backs processed at the card issuer declaring unauthorized use of a card without contacting us first and charge-backs related with items already delivered or in transit to the card billing address, will be dealt with as FRAUD and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. What is the refunds policy?


No returns are accepted. No refused deliveries are accepted. Given the type of items, all returns are destroyed and do not qualify for refund.

Compliance with local regulations at your country of destination is your responsibility only. Delivery issues are the sole responsibility of the Postal Services or carrier. No refunds for lost, damaged, withheld or refused items will be issued at any time. Any attempts to avoid payment for items lost by the Postal Services, charged Custom duties or refused by local regulations, will be considered an attempt to breach the agreed Terms of Service with fraudulent purpose. Parcels lost, damaged or withheld by the Postal Services are not replaced or refunded. Once the shipped parcel appears at the Postal Services tracking system, we decline all liability for damages, loss or Customs/Postal withholding.

If by any reason you do not accept the parcel or do not claim the parcel if withheld by your Postal Service or Customs, no refund will be issued as the items were sold and shipped. Chargebacks in this situation will be considered fraud and we will follow strictly our Zero Tolerance policy

If you receive an opened or damaged parcel, please contact the Postal Service or Courier Service that delivered the package to you in your country, do not contact us directly as we cannot help.

All orders paid with credit/debit card or Verified PayPal account will only be shipped registered to the billing address of the card used for payment and you will be required to sign upon delivery. Exceptions can be done in cases of transgender transition but need to be requested through our ticket system, confidentiality will always be preserved.

If the items or services you are receiving are not in agreement with your order as logged in the system, immediate replacement for the correct items or services will be ensured

Refunds will only be approved within 3 hours from the time logged by the system for your order or if the items were not shipped 45 days after the published shipment schedule. At all other times, claims, when approved, will result in the replacement of items or credit for the amount paid appearing in your account with us and available as Pre-paid Credit for future purchases.

In full refunds for claims presented within 3 hours of your payment, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card the same day. According to the procedures of credit card processors and credit card companies, it may take up to three weeks for the refund to show up in your card statement. Refunds claimed in full will cause your account with us to be blocked for future payments with any kind of credit or debit card. However, you will still be able to pay for orders using other methods of payment.

In other claims for orders paid with credit or debit card, we will credit your account with us as soon as your claim is approved.

Requests for refunds based on the alleged unauthorized use of a card, will only be approved after proving unauthorized use of a card. Charge-backs processed at the card issuer declaring unauthorized use of a card, which are related with items already delivered or in transit to the card billing address, will be dealt with as FRAUD and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. For exceptional refunds of orders paid by money transfer, Western Union or Moneygram, we will issue a credit in your account with us which will be available as Pre-Paid Credit for future purchases. No other type of refund will be issued.

Pre-paid Credit Account deposits are considered payments issued and will not be refunded. The amounts available at your Pre-paid Credit Account will remain available for two years since the date of the deposit for any orders you wish to place. After two years and if you have not made use of your Pre-paid Credit Account deposits, you must request an extension or the deposits will be reverted to any humanitarian campaign that our company supports.

Cancellation of an order after 24 hours of placing it, will receive a charge of € 50 Euros or $65 USD for Administrative and Handling costs covering the expenses of payment processing and the reservation/preparation of the parcel.
