We can ship to any address if you pay with Bank transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram. Following anti-fraud policies, if you pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards we can only ship to the billing address of your card.
If you are paying with card and need the order shipped to another address an exception can be made if you follow an specific procedure: If you are willing to sign, scan and email to us a release and acceptance of charges together with a copy of both sides of your card (you can obscure the CVV and some digits) as well as a copy of your ID, we can ship your order to an address different than your billing address. If you want to receive the release and approval of charges form please open a ticket and let us know.
