Not all treatments need a Guide, some have simple instructions in the label. It depends on the complexity of the treatment.
If your treatment has a Guide, that is indicated in the information of the treatment when you purchase it. You also have the option to ask for receiving the Guide of each treatment when you purchase the treatment by selecting that option in the drop-down menu of the treatment.
Each Guide is published at one of our sites. You gain access to it using your registered email as username and your order number as password. You can find the specific instructions in the history of your order when your order has been updated to --Shipped--.
1) After your order has shipped log into your account and see your order. On the latest comments you will find the instructions on how to access your Guide.
2) Go to the
web address indicated in the instructions. (It will pop up a window for you enter a password. If the window doesn't popup you probably have the popups disabled)
3) Enter like username your registered email, (take care with the capitals). Enter like password the number of your order.
4) You will see the Guide (if you don't, please take note of any error messages and check the configuration of your browser, contact our Technical Support through the Ticket System)
