I have problems tracking my parcel

You will receive a tracking number when your items are shipped. You will find the tracking number in your account at the orders history. After you receive the tracking number you must allow 3-5 days before you can track your parcel at the Postal Services website of your country. Your local Postal Services will not start to show your parcel updates until it has reached your country. The shipping date is the date when you received the tracking number. 

If your parcel does not appear in the tracking system 7 days after you received the tracking number please let us know through our Client Support. It can be an error on the system or a lost parcel. We will help you to locate it or we will substitute it.

Be informed that some countries postal services have a tracking system which is either incomplete or not updated as it should. There is not at this time any 100% accurate way to track and trace parcels in any country. The daily update of each tracking system is fully on the hands of each Postal Service employees at each country and in our best experience the tracking system is not always updated regularly in spite of what they say at their sites.

If your parcel is largely delayed in the postal system, it can be due to Postal Inspections. Please check that you have not received a message from your Postal Services or Customs Office for you acknowledge the contents of the parcel before releasing it.

Please be aware that Amazonas BioTechnical Laboratories Delivery Central will make all possible for your orders arrive to you timely and in good condition, however, and unfortunately, we have no control or influence of any kind on the speed of delivery or whereabouts of your parcel once it is in the Postal Services hands. Delays due to postal inspections particularly in the US, UK and some other countries, faulty update of Postal Services tracking systems at some countries and misplacement of the parcel are issues which the client must take up with her/his country Postal Services and not with Amazonas BioTech or Reach It Corp. Once the parcel is shipped and we post you proof of shipping and tracking number we have no longer liability on your shipment.

If your parcel appears as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it please contact your Postal Office with the tracking number, there is nothing we can do unless you obtain a confirmation dated and stamped from your Postal Office that they lost your parcel.

In general, all issues related with the delivery of your parcel once it was shipped is between you and your Postal Office, we have no means to influence their work. Once the parcel is shipped and we post you proof of shipping and tracking number we have no longer liability on your shipment. We only replace shipments that were lost or damaged after receiving dated and signed  proof from your Postal Services or Post Office that the parcel was lost or damaged. It is up to you to obtain that proof.
