Some treatments have a Guide with detailed instructions, advice and tips on how to get the best results. Those treatments have the option to receive or not the Guide when you order. The access to the Guide is granted when your order is shipped.
How to access your Guide is described in the history of your order (in orders where you selected to receive the Guide). Please login to your account, go to your orders history, click to view your order order and on the updates you will find all the detailed instructions on how to access your Guide. Remember that it must be the order where you asked for the Guide, usually your first order of the treatment.
It is explained in the information of each treatment if it has a Guide or only instructions in the label. If the treatment has not an option to order the free Guide, the instructions will be printed on the label when you receive it.
