I cannot access my Guide. Please advise

In general all users can access the Guides without issues so it must be a problem related with your particular use of the access.

Please go to http://www.to-b-safe.com/Amaze/helpdesk and open a new ticket selecting "Access issues and tech assistance" at the Topic selection. 

In that ticket we need that you describe in detail the issue you are experiencing:
 
1.- What device are you using (PC, tablet, phone)
2.- Which operative system (windows, macos, android)
3.- What you do and what you get (messages, popups, etc)
 
Only if you describe your issue in detail we can try tom find what is happening in your case and if necessary reset your access.
