All parcels are shipped with extreme precautions, sealed with holographic seals and protective packing materials. It is extremely rare that a parcel arrives damaged.
If your parcel arrived damaged please take a picture of it and also contact your Post Office delivery service to fill a complaint. You must obtain from them a signed and dated confirmation that the parcel was damaged on delivery.
In general, all issues related with the delivery of your parcel once it was shipped must be handled between you and your Postal Office, we have no means to influence their work. Once the parcel is shipped and we post you proof of shipping and tracking number we have no longer liability on your shipment.
We only replace shipments that were lost or damaged after receiving dated and signed proof from your Postal Services or Post Office that the parcel was lost or damaged. It is up to you to obtain that proof.
