My parcel is lost

Please be aware that in most cases if your parcel appears as delivered in the tracking system, the delivery was attempted. Check if you have not received a notification from your Post Office about the failed attempt to delivery, you may also check with your next door neighbor or building supervisor.


If your parcel appears as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it please contact your Postal Office with the tracking number, there is nothing we can do unless you obtain a confirmation dated and stamped from your Postal Office that they lost your parcel. 

In general, all issues related with the delivery of your parcel once it was shipped must be handled between you and your Postal Office, we have no means to influence their work. Once the parcel is shipped and we post you proof of shipping and tracking number we have no longer liability on your shipment. 

We only replace shipments that were lost or damaged after receiving dated and signed  proof  from your Postal Services or Post Office that the parcel was lost or damaged. It is up to you to obtain that proof.
