Usually all orders are delivered in full. The parcel is checked by the automatic system and manually before it leaves the Shipping And Delivery facilities. If the order status appears in your account as Shipped, it was fully shipped and digital proof of contents is available from our system.
When your order consists in several months treatments or several different treatments, your order will be shipped in several partial deliveries within a short period, for limiting the risk of losses if the parcel is damaged or lost by the carrier during delivery. You will see this in the status of your order at your account with us. All parcels will receive a tracking number which will appear in the history of your order. When orders are shipped in separate parcels each shipment says Partially Shipped and the last one says Order Served.
