I cannot pay my order, what I do?

If you cannot pay with the method of payment you have chosen, simply change method of payment. Methods accepted are Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


Simply open a ticket to our Billing and Administration Dept and tell us your number of order, why you want to change the method of payment and the method desired. They will correct your order as required and you will receive an email with the information on how to proceed for the payment.

Do not just abandon your order. Orders left unpaid will cause striking out points from your client registration. With three orders unpaid you will loose the right to discounts and special offers. It is always better to change the method of payment so the original order appears as paid.

If you just cannot pay the order right now but you have a date when you can pay it, or you cannot pay the total of the order and want to change what you are ordering, open a ticket and let us know. In most cases we can allow reasonable changes in the orders.
