No returns are accepted. Given the type of items, all returns are destroyed and do not qualify for refund.
If the items you are receiving are not in agreement with your order as logged in the system, immediate replacement for the correct items will be ensured.
Refunds will only be approved for cancellation of orders within 3 hours from the time logged by the system for your order or if the items were not shipped 45 days after the published shipment schedule, at all other times claims, when approved, will result in the replacement of items or credit for the amount paid appearing in your account with us and available as Pre-paid Credit for future purchases.
